ARJINJONATHAN ARJINKIT

ArjinJonathan Arjinkit was born in 1983 in Buriram. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Modern Art from Srinakharinwirot University, and a Doctorate in Visual Arts and Design from Burapha University. His works have been exhibited continuously both in Thailand and abroad. Through painting, he explores ideas surrounding contemporary society, cultural, socio-political, and historical – while maintaining a deep focus on aesthetics and the expressive potential of color and material. Oil paint remains central to his practice, alongside other materials and pigments, as he continues to experiment with traditional and modern techniques. His paintings are known for their vivid, saturated colors and distinct painterly gestures. Each palette becomes a visual interpretation of his perception of today’s world.
